Adam Roberts was a Professor at the University of Florida, and a former colleague and "dear" friend of Dr. James Corenthal. A letter to Adam from Corenthal revealed that Adam was helping Corenthal to "save these children" (presumably the Mining Town Four).
The Corenthal/Adam Roberts Notes revealed that one of Adam's students created the Black Box Device for Corenthal at some point after July 1995, after detecting a sigma energy wave from a piece of black cloth that Corenthal found outside of Milo Asher's house.
Corenthal also put Adam in touch with Elizabeth. In 2005, they were both due to meet up with her at the diner, but fortunately, Adam was not set up like Corenthal and a message left on Corenthal's answering machine suggests that he and a woman (likely his sister Kimberly) followed the "protocol" set by Corenthal and Maryann, and disappeared.
Connection to Fairmount Children's Home[]
The Adam Roberts Notes support that Adam Roberts is the Doctor Roberts referred to in the Corenthal Papers, in which case, it can be assumed that he also worked at the Fairmount Children's Home Evaluations and Discharge department in 1971. Corenthal wrote to him that year requesting that he reconsider confirming Fairmount Evan's release from the home due to the child's violent tendencies.
